In order to get started with us, you must do the following:
1. Read our terms and conditions (shown below)
2. Fill out the Maxsen's Application Forms and Fax or Email to us(very simple, basic questions)
3. FAX a copy of your Company Check; Copy of Company Business license.
4. Your application will be approved within two working days as soon as we receive all your documents.
5. Fax; Email or Mail the Purchase Order to us with your Approved Maxsen Customer ID.
Note: For all international applicants we require a FAXed copy of your company check and company license even if you only intend to buy through credit card or wire transfer.
